Six Sigma

Six Sigma is fundamentally a business management system which focuses on removing defects from a business' systems. The two key processes in Six sigma, however, fit comfortably within the scope of project management. Each of them is fixed length endeavour to produce change within an organization. The two processes are DMAIC for changing an existing process and DMADV for creating a new product or process design.
