Lists are where the data is stored.
How to... Add a list to a project. Edit a list's properties. Edit a list's permissions. Change a list's administrator. Delete a list.
Lists look like tables: Each row is an item in the list; each column describes a single characteristic of all the items in the list.
For example in a list of actions each row is one action and the 'status' column holds values which describe the status of all the actions in the list.
Lists can be sorted, in ascending or descending order, by any column in the table.
Lists can be filtered which means that only the rows meeting a specified condition appear in the display. Preset filters have been created for each list type to present the list in ways appropriate for that list type. Alternatively you can create you own custom filters using the simple interface.
How to... Filter a list. Sort a list.
Lists can be paged. If a list gets very big it may take a long time to load the entire list so a list can be broken into pages of equal length and loaded one at a time.
Sorting and filtering are applied before paging so you can look at just the oldest 10 open issues who's severity is 'critical'.
